Project Description

The Blue Mountains City Council selected Hillcrest to undertake a critical project aimed at improving the infrastructure and environmental sustainability of the waste management facilities in Katoomba and Blaxland. The project encompassed comprehensive sediment control, erosion control, and the construction of sustainable internal roads to enhance the efficiency and environmental footprint of the facilities.

Objectives

  • Sediment Control: Implement measures to manage and reduce sediment runoff, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and protecting local waterways.
